DISCERNMENT

Eternal God, guide the Discernment Committee members in their search for a new rector for Redeemer. Empower them to use their varied gifts, share their thoughts with honesty and love, respect each other's opinions, and hold their work together and this parish in prayer. Guide them in all things to seek only your glory and the good of your Church; through Jesus Christ our Lord.

REDEEMER DISCERNMENT COMMITTEE UPDATE

The Discernment Committee, which met most recently on April 11, has finished a draft of the parish profile. We based the profile on our conversations with you parishioners, your survey responses, records of the parish history and the wonderful pictures that many of you shared with us.

We will send the draft of the profile to Canon Augusta Anderson and Bishop José McLoughlin. Once the profile is approved and returned to us, we will post it on the Redeemer web site and begin the process of gathering names of prospective candidates.

As always, we encourage you to check here on the Redeemer website for updates on our work. Also, feel free to talk with committee members (see list below). We will answer as much as possible.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers as we move forward through this important process.

Blessings,
Janet Roebuck
Vestry Rep to the Discernment Committee
